Stepping away from his usual tracks, Nate guides us from start to finish in building this epic and grand masterpiece using both EastWest Play and NI Kontakt orchestral sections.
We start with looking at templates and how to set up different articulations within your DAW and lay down an initial sketch over some vocals before breaking down the MIDI chord progression into its individual string sections.
Using constantly evolving automation lanes to create realistic expression we add brass sections and lead lines along with orchestral percussive elements to help with transitions. Once the orchestral sections are complete we layer in synths, pads and arps to build on the wall of sound before mixing down the track and carrying out a master.
This is a masterclass in using orchestral elements in a digital environment and the tips and tricks Nate shows us here can be transferred to all kinds of genres.

Moving away from his usual tracks, Nate leads us from start to finish in creating this epic and epic masterpiece using both EastWest Play and NI Kontakt orchestral sections.

We will begin by reviewing the pattern and how to tune the different parts in your DAW, and create an initial sketch for some solo voices before breaking the MIDI chord sequence into separate string sections.
Using constantly changing automation lines to create realistic expressiveness, we add sections of brass and leading lines along with orchestral percussion elements to help with transitions. After the orchestral sections are completed, we apply synthesizers, pads and arps to create a sound wall before mixing the track and start mastering.
This is a master class on the use of orchestral elements in a digital environment. Tips and tricks that Nate will show us can be transferred to all kinds of genres.

I'm going to be teaching you a step-by-step process how I sanded my own wood floors. We're going to get Hands-On and I'll show you how I do it every step of the way.
We are also going to be applying a polyurethane coating on top of the sanded wood floors.
The hall process from start to finish took about 3 days total.
We'll go over tool list and everything you'll need to do a project like this yourself. It's really a one- person job.
